2025 IMPACT REPORT

SOCIAL IMPACT EMPLOYMENT

CHANGING LIVES, ONE SHIFT AT A TIME

As proud winners of the Social Impact Excellence Award we believe that talent is universal. This is why half of our staff are vulnerable people navigating homelessness, living with disabilities or exoffenders determined to rebuild their lives. For us a shift is not just about employment it is a stepping stone to stability and the support they need to succeed.

THE WORLD’S MOST
ETHICAL PUB

THE GREEN VIC

Before we revolutionised mobile event bars we started our journey by launching The Green Vic in Shoreditch. Operating as a completely purpose driven pub powered entirely by social enterprises it demonstrated that every single commercial choice can become a powerful force for good. It was truly a groundbreaking concept and a pioneer in ethical hospitality that proved businesses could put the planet and people first while still delivering an exceptional customer experience.
