Our staff from vulnerable backgrounds are sourced through partners like Only a Pavement Away and Crisis who provide screening, training and mental health support before they join us. We then provide further professional hospitality training. Whether they stay with us long term or move on to other employment we provide a stepping stone to stability. We follow the same process for ex offenders and staff with disabilities from our partnership with Amplify Goods.
